If you would like an in-person session, you are required to purchase the appropriate In-Person Add On, which is based on the number of miles from Barkhamsted, CT, to account for time spent traveling and travel expenses.

The subscriptions are the best deal in terms of pricing as it includes 4 sessions at 60 minute increments or 2 sessions at 120 minutes per month. The subscription gives you $5 off per session, saving you a total of $20! What happens after I book a tutoring session ?

If this is your first session, you will receive an email with the Policies and Procedures Contract. This tutoring contract will need to be read through and signed prior to your first session. Any important communications about your session will be either sent via email or text message. Virtual sessions will be held on the Google Meet platform.

I booked a session, but I need to cancel it. Now what ?

If your session is more than 24 hours away, then you may go ahead and reschedule your appointment for another time. However, if you cancel your session and it is less than 24 hours away then Totally Pawsible will collect a 50% cancellation fee. If you are a no show and did not previously cancel your session, you will be charged the entire session fee.
